01Stage
The conversation
We begin without drawings. A day together to understand how the car will be used, where it will be driven, and what it must never be.
02Stage
Full-scale drawing
The silhouette is drawn by hand at one-to-one on the studio wall, then refined over six weeks until nothing is left to remove.
03Stage
Chassis and drivetrain
Bare metal, seam-welded and jigged. The powertrain is assembled and bench-run before it ever meets the body.
04Stage
Coachwork
Panels are wheeled and planished over a wooden buck. No panel is signed off until it reads correctly under a single moving light.
05Stage
Trim and finish
One hide selection, one thread, one veneer. Fourteen coats of paint, flatted back by hand between each.
06Stage
Handover
Three thousand kilometres of testing, then delivery in person — wherever the car is going to live.
The timeline
If the timeline sounds long, it is because it is. We have never shortened it for a client, and no client has ever asked twice.
